The AP-530 provides complete time zone control of access with its battery-backed real time clock, and provides a printer output for event logging and configuration output, via its RS-232 serial interface. No programming cards, as used on other low cost stand-alone readers, are required. All AP-530 programming is performed via its integral 12 position keypad.

The AIM-1SL provides reader interface. The AIM-1SL is connected, via multi-drop RS-485, to the AAM-20/80 and AAN-32/100 system controllers. With AAN series up to 32 readers may be connected and with AAN-100 up to 96 readers can be connected. The AIM-1SL has terminations for connection of one or two Wiegand interface readers. The AIM-1SL supports all major reader technologies including magnetic stripe, proximity, fingerprint, hand geometry, barcode, long range infrared, and others.

The interface converter serves as an interface between PC and RS485 network in access control and time recording systems. A maximum of 8 control units / terminals can be connected. This interface converter is equipped with one RS 232 interface connection on the input and two RS 485 interface connections wired in parallel (option between three-wire and five-wire) on the output. In addition, it is provided with a power supply unit (built into the RS 485 plug output) with 12V / 0.8A DC.
