It reaches up to 100 metres distance thanks to the frequency ratio of 868Mhz. With the APS (Approaching System) transmission system, one can activate the button on the transmitter whilst being outside of the receptor range. The transmitter will transmit the signal constantly until the user comes within range of the reader, when the user approximates to the door and until the door is open.

It is a compact system that fits almost anywhere, and comes standard with the bottom mounted control box, but can be used with a remotely mounted keypad and display box.
