Pegasys 2000 integrated security management system for Windows NT system. P200S/5-120V is for 5 users (host and 4 workstations) and comes with a Compaq pentium 350 MHz computer with 128 MB RAM, 4.3 GB SCSI HDD, on board 10Base-T network, secondary network card, CD-ROM and 4/8 GB DAT tape. Software (P2000-SW) has a 128 reader capacity. Features and options include 20 digit ID badge numbers, database partitioning (P2000-DBPART), integrated video imaging (P2000VI-KEY), and 256 reader capacity upgrade (P2000-256RDR). Requires CK720 controller.

The new reader chip SM-4500 and the new OS-4000 V2.0 make the LEGIC advant 4000 series the most versatile reader generation of LEGIC. The great novelty of the SM-4500 is the initialisation function, which enables the creation and the management of segments on LEGIC transponders. With the installation of OS-4000 V2.0 the complete LEGIC advant 4000 series further supports common third party transponders, e.g. MIFARE Classic und MIFARE DESFire. This feature opens up a bigger market for readers. Through its compact design, its low-power consumption and a versatile and simple application interface LEGIC advant 4000 based readers integrate themselves in a wide variety of applications. Creation and management of segments with the SM-4500 The new SM-4500 includes the complete function set to create and manage segments on transponder chips. Thus the initialisation of smart cards becomes easier and the management of a system is more comfortable than ever before. Interoperability with MIFARE transponders LEGIC advant 4000 reader modules support all common RF standards and can therefore be used in an extreme wide variety of installations. With the introduction of the OS-4000 V2.0, this key feature is further enhanced – so that, besides the RF standards, the required cryptographic functions for the complete MIFARE transponder family are supported by LEGIC advant 4000 readers. New features and a full backward compatibility The coexistence of LEGIC advant 4000 readers in existing installations is secured by a full backward compatibility with all existing LEGIC products. The SM-4500 is further pin-compatible with the SM-4200 and thus integrates itself easily in existing designs. New installations benefit additionally from the extended possibilities and the higher efficiency – which is also prepared for future challenges. Suitable for all applications The LEGIC advant 4000 series features an extremely compact design and low-power consumption. The market for contactless identification technology is constantly moving. The CRC400 sends card data from multiple card readers directly to controlling software via a single serial port in a PC. The CRC400 system consists of one master interface module and up to 14-slave interface module, each capable of supporting a single card reader. The software then processes the card data and sends a relevant control signal back to the CRC400 system, which has the ability to give a relay output if necessary.

BadgeMaster has been designed to fully integrate with the PEGASYS 900 Access Control and PEGASYS 1000 & 2000 Security Management Systems. BadgeMaster captures each cardholder’s photograph by using a video camera which is directly controlled by the software. This allows image capture, zoom control, image panning, colour adjustments, white balance, etc. directly from the Windows interface. A complete BadgeMaster system includes the software controlled video camera, lighting and the card printer. It may also use TWAIN compatible peripherals such as video cameras, signature pads, fingerprint devices and scanners.

The MRC310 motorised card capture reader / controller is a front-end device that can be integrated into parking control systems, turnstiles or connected as an OEM reader for access control applications. Data encoded on magnetic stripe or proximity cards is reader by the MRC310 and passed onto a controller. The controller then makes the decision and signals back to the reader to either capture or return the card, and allow or disallow entry. Both magnetic and proximity motorised readers can be housed in pedestals, available in both single and dual height.

The Accu-Time Series 3600 features dual on-board DI/DO port, door buzzers, lunch/break bells and security access area monitoring. A serial auxiliary port, can simultaneously control an RS232 device.
