AMAG Symmetry S813 reader combines the L-1 Identity Solutions® MV1200™ fingerprint sensor with a NXP MIFARE® / MIFARE® DESFire contactless Smart Card chip to produce a high security front end to a Symmetry access control system. It gives full off-line validation and decision making at the point of entry, even when host communication is not available.
