The SIFER Card Programming Station is an installer tool featuring a USB connected SIFER programming head, which is used in conjunction with the accompanying SIFER Card Programming Software. This system allows SIFER “User Programmable” cards, known as SIFER-U cards to be encoded with customised site codes and encryption keys by the installer. The programming station is also used to create the SIFER Reader Configuration Card which is necessary to configure SIFER readers to decrypt the sites unique encryption key. SIFER-U cards are available as ISO style cards or FOBS and are readily available from Inner Range distributors. Before leaving the Inner Range factory each SIFER-U cards is pre-programmed, with a standard encryption key, site code and unique card number. This allows SIFER-U cards to be used in the field as they are, or they can be encoded to the installers requirements using the SIFER Programming Station.

This mobile-compatible MIFARE DESFire reader, in addition to conventional MIFARE tags, can also transact Smartphone credentials over Bluetooth. This reader readily transacts with Idesco ID mobile app, but developing your own mobile access app for it is also an available option. Idesco ID app seamlessly responds to any of this reader’s three assignable security levels: 1. hands-free access (reading distance from a few inches to 30 ft from the door), 2. door is selected in the app, 3. phone’s own security lock must be released to access door. TDSi EXsmart 2K Sector 4 is a high-performance contactless MIFARE smart card reader from TDSi. This high quality unit provides a combined reader and keypad, providing added security if desired by requiring both the card to be presented and the PIN to be entered before access is allowed. The reader is specifically programmed to read the Sector 4 data held in a MIFARE card.

AMAG Symmetry S840-KP reads HID 125KHz proximity cards and is designed for use with the complete multiNODE range of database and door controllers. Typical read range is 5”(120mm) with HID Proxcard II. Unlike Wiegand interface readers, the Symmetry S840-KP\uses secure, bi-directional, pseudo-random supervised communications between the multiNODE controllers and their associated readers.

PAC-20762 is a Oneprox UBS desktop reader. The PAC Oneprox PC Interface Kit is designed to ease the task of enrolling credentials. An enrolment desktop reader connects via an interface kit to a serial port on the host administration PC, and the ID device numbers are read directly into a database.
