They provide positive fail safe operation (unless battery back up is available) at all times. Suitable for both inward and outward opening doors. Accessories include : Adjustable L brackets which suit typical outward opening door applications, where space restrictions do not allow the magnet to be fitted at the head of the door frame. L & Z brackets allow magnets to be used on inward opening door applications.
