Xtract One Technologies announces the release of Mean Time to Secure (MTTS), a new feature suite and performance metric set available across its SmartGateway, Xtract One Gateway, and Xtract One View platforms, introducing Mean Time to Secure (MTTS) metrics. MTTS provides security operators a complete, end-to-end, data-driven view of their entry screening program's performance.
MTTS combines Mean Time to Detect (MTTD), which measures primary screening speed, with Mean Time to Resolve (MTTR), which measures secondary screening resolution time, into a single metric: MTTS = MTTD + MTTR. The metric is tracked continuously in Xtract One View and available across all deployed systems.
