The Monitoring Association (TMA) named Chris Mahoney, MBA, MS, as its new Director of Certification.
In this newly created leadership role, Mahoney will lead the growth and evolution of TMA's certification portfolio, including the Five Diamond, FirstNet, and IQ programs, while developing new credentialing opportunities to support workforce development and professional advancement throughout the professional monitoring and response industry.
