With the support of financial investor Chequers Capital, IT specialist Syserso Networks GmbH and IT service provider SHD System-Haus-Dresden GmbH have set the course for a shared future. The institutional investor has been the majority shareholder of Syserso Networks since 2021 and is now acquiring a stake in the Dresden-based IT expert SHD.
Since its founding in 1990, SHD has established itself as a long-term partner to the public sector as well as the energy and healthcare industries. These companies are largely subject to the KRITIS regulation and have particularly complex IT infrastructures.
