Ranger Fire and Security (Ranger), a national one-stop solution for fire and security services, is pleased to announce that Inflexion, a pioneer European mid-market firm, has made a majority investment in the business, accelerating its growth plans and acquisition strategy across the UK and Ireland.
The investment will enable Ranger to continue acquiring high-performing local businesses, a core part of its growth strategy, and will also support the further integration of back-office functions across the Group – both important factors in Inflexion’s decision to invest.
