(formerly Panasonic Security), a pioneering manufacturer of edge computing cameras for security and public safety, today announced it obtained ISO/IEC 42001 certification for its Artificial Intelligence (AI) management systems from the British Standards Institution (BSI) on May 10, 2025.
ISO/IEC 42001 is the first international standard for management systems for the design, development, and operation of ethical, transparent, secure, and accountable AI systems by organisations utilising AI technology.
