Northwave Cyber Security announces an evolution in its leadership structure as CEO Steven Dondorp hands over the day-to-day management of the organisation after more than 20 years leading the company’s operations.
Dondorp will remain Chief Executive Officer and Chair of the Board, focusing on strategic guidance, governance of the Board, and ownership of the company. Daily operations will now be guided by a strengthened executive leadership team consisting of the President, CFO, and COO. Northwave’s President, Petra Oldengarm, and CFO, Sander Roosendaal, were already serving on Northwave’s board. Now, COO Kevin Jonkers has joined the board to further reinforce operational leadership.
