Five years ago, Dutch cyber security provider Northwave Cyber Security opened its German office in Leipzig. What began as an ambitious idea has grown into an established location with a team of experts supporting companies in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland in defending against and managing cyberattacks. Over time, Germany has become the strategic core market for the entire Northwave Group.
Founded in the Netherlands in 2006, Northwave now operates across multiple European locations, including the Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, and Sweden. The group has seen steady growth in recent years—both at its headquarters in Utrecht and across international markets. Among these, Germany shows the greatest growth potential within the DACH region and plays a key role in shaping the company’s strategic direction.
