At the Annual General Meeting scheduled for April 17, 2025, the Supervisory Board of Nedap intends to submit proposals for the appointment of Karin Bergstein as a Supervisory Board member, the reappointment of Peter van Bommel as a Supervisory Board member, and the appointment of KPMG as external auditor and assurance provider for the sustainability report.
Due to the statutory auditor rotation, the supervisory board proposes to appoint KPMG Accountants N.V. as the auditor and assurance provider for the sustainability report for a period of three years, starting from the 2026 financial year.
