Integrity360 has acquired Canadian cybersecurity services and solutions provider Advantus360, a well-established and highly regarded cybersecurity services company operating out of Calgary in Canada. The terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The acquisition which is part of Integrity360’s continued global expansion plan, provides the group’s first presence in the strategically important North American market.
