Illumia, a provider of identity, commerce, payments, and foodservice technology across higher education, healthcare, and corporate campuses, announces an expanded partnership with HID, a worldwide pioneer in trusted identity and access control solutions, that will make it easier and less expensive for colleges and universities to adopt mobile credentials.
The agreement brings HID mobile credential support to IDX, Illumia’s cloud platform, building on its existing availability with CS Gold, Illumia’s on-premises campus card system. As a result, CS Gold customers adopting HID mobile credentials now can later migrate them to IDX.
