Hirsch, a global manufacturer of high-assurance electronic security solutions, announces its merger with Prysm, the French software editor behind the AppVision command-and-control platform and a specialist in intelligent video monitoring. Effective 1 January 2027, the transaction will establish the new Prysm by Hirsch brand.
The objective is to better meet the needs of Hirsch and Prysm customers and partners alike, including system integrators, end users, OEMs and VARs, through an even more comprehensive security offering and enhanced support delivered closer to the field.
