HID, a worldwide pioneer in trusted identity solutions, announces it has signed an agreement to transfer its Workforce Business Unit, which includes its PIAM (HID SAFE) and Visitor Management offerings (HID Visitor Manager and EasyLobby). The agreement contemplates the transfer of the Workforce Business Unit to SwiftConnect, a provider of the connected access network for connecting people to the right place at the right time.
