Genetec Inc., the pioneer in enterprise physical security software, announces that independent analyst reports from Omdia and Novaira Insights have once again ranked the company as the global market pioneer in video management software. Both reports show that Genetec increased its market share in 2025, reinforcing its leadership position in this multi-billion-dollar market as organisations worldwide modernise their physical security operations.
Genetec grew 20% against the 13.3% growth in the video software and VSaaS market, according to the latest Omdia research. The second and third-place vendors did not keep pace, ending the year flat or down.
