dormakaba has signed an agreement to acquire MetaMatic GmbH (“MetaMatic”) on 27 November 2025. The acquisition strengthens the company’s competencies in modernisation projects for Access Automation Solutions in the German market. The transaction is effective from 1 December 2025.
MetaMatic has a proven track record in executing complex modernisation projects for automated doors. Beyond modernisation, the company also specialises in new installations, service and repair across the full portfolio of automatic entrance systems.
