dormakaba signed an agreement on 25 June 2025, to sell Forponto Informática S.A. to Kiza Ltda, part of the RapidoNet Group. With this transaction, dormakaba is divesting its local solution for time recording and access control in Brazil.
The distribution of dormakaba's global portfolio remains unaffected by this transaction.
