CEM Systems, a brand of Tyco Security Products, will showcase its leading airport access control and integrated security solutions at Inter Airport Europe exhibition, Munich Trade Fair, Germany from 11-14 October, Stand 1622.

Inter Airport Europe will be the ideal platform for CEM to display its advanced range of hardware products and solutions to European airports. On display will also be the industry's only airport specific access control solution - the CEM AC2000 AE (Airport Edition) system.

AC2000 Airport Edition (AC2000 AE) is a world renowned airport security product that encompasses powerful core access control features with a host of modules designed specifically for airports, including check-in desk enabling, air-bridge monitoring, vehicle management, passenger reconciliation and much more. With a suite of powerful applications and by seamlessly integrating with other systems at the airport, CEM's AC2000 AE system provides an integrated business solution that is designed to help airports run more efficiently.

"As CEM manufacture both the hardware and system software, this offers airports a high degree of flexibility," said Andrew Fulton, Business Development Director, CEM Systems. "With over 25 years experience in the industry, CEM solutions can be fully customised to meet the specific needs of each airport, with new functionality added over time as the airports security requirements and legislation changes."

CEM customers worldwide include Budapest, Keflavik, Hong Kong, Vancouver, all BAA airports and most recently Indira Gandhi Delhi, Terminal 3 for which CEM was awarded ‘Best Airport Security System' in the Emerging Market Awards 2011.

CEM's leading hardware products include intelligent S610 IP card readers with internal database, S610f fingerprint card readers and S3030 portable readers for roaming security checks throughout the airport.  CEM's leading Power over Ethernet Plus (PoE+) access control solution will also be on display for airports and consultants to view.
