Without a standardised system of prioritisation, a significant burden can be placed on staffing and budget resources for centres, and a lack of situational information provided during an event risk comprising the safety of first responders and community resources. Implementing a universal solution and standard that helps enhance safety, situational awareness, and verification for both first responders and citizens is crucial.
