Nancy Oliver, HR Executive at the Buckinghamshire-based Security and Facilities Management Ashridge Group, is encouraging more school and college students to consider the sector as a career choice.
As an ‘undecided’ A level and then Sports Management student she abandoned not one but two previous courses of study in pursuit of her ideal job, a search which has ended happily with her appointment last year.
