Access control system, IPervoice, simplifies door entry for NEO Bankside
IPervoice is the first all Cat5e IP-based digital door entry system
IPervoice, from specialist security and telecoms manufacturer Urmet Domus, has been the choice of access control installation for the NEO Bankside Development in London.

NEO Bankside is poised to become one of the most desirable residential addresses in the world - a development of 197 stunning, luxury apartments and penthouses, designed by the international, award-winning architects Rogers Stirk Harbour + Partners.

Set next to Tate Modern and close to the iconic Millennium Bridge and St. Paul's Cathedral, NEO Bankside offers an opportunity to live at the very heart of London's cultural quarter.

NEO Bankside completes and compliments its unique, riverside location. The development's hexagonal pavilions have been imaginatively arranged to provide residents with maximum daylight. Its distinctive exterior reflects the district's industrial heritage. Private, landscaped gardens have been designed to integrate with their wider surroundings, enabling the creation of significant, new green spaces. A series of tree-lined routes will provide public access to Tate Modern and the Thames during the day.

IPervoice integrates with concierge, access control, intruder alarm, CCTV and lift control

IPervoice makes it easy to adapt to the changes demanded by a development such as NEO Bankside, with Elekta Steel IP digital video door entry panels controlling perimeter access and post mounted Elekta Black Glass ‘soft touch' IP digital video door entry panels being preferred for the communal entrances. The IP entrance panels can communicate with the Concierge or directly with the apartments. Residents will gain entry to various access points within the blocks using IP readers connected to the IPervoice network. Colour Imago flush hands free monitors provide communication with the communal entrance panels and the Concierge. Modo 7" touch screens are preferred for the penthouse apartments, although all apartments have been cabled for future upgrade to iModo IP touch screens, and tModo WiFi tablets with smart router and access point providing home entertainment and automation control.

Urmet, have also designed and supplied bespoke stainless steel service posts for the penthouse apartments and slim line stainless steel posts housing the Elekta IP panels presenting a sleek look for the communal entrances. |

IPervoice is the first all Cat5e IP-based digital door entry system specifically designed to simplify the installation of large systems. IPervoice also integrates other related building management services such as concierge, access control, intruder alarm, CCTV and lift control.
